Stella McCartney
Daughter of a pop legend, Stella McCartney has made her way to the forefront of the fashion scene. And not just any old how. This is sustainable, ethical and contemporary fashion that pushes the boundaries of traditional haute couture. Trained at Central Saint Martins College Of Art And Design, she replaced Karl Lagerfeld at Parisian brand Chloé. Four years later, in 2001, after her first collections met with incredible success, Stella founded the McCartney fashion house, a brand that upholds the values passed on to her by her mother, Linda. Vegetarian since childhood, Stella McCartney banished leather and fur from all her designs. She has also created capsule collections with major high-street ready-to-wear brands like H&M.
